Jan Magnussen had a dream. He wanted to drive at Le Mans together with his son, Kevin. And in 2021 the possibility arose and they teamed up with fellow Dane, Anders Fjordbach, to drive for the - also Danish - team, High Class Racing.
But it was not all plain sailing. The car was lacking top speed and at Le Mans this is a huge disadvantage. On top of this, the teams encountered a few minor problems during the race setting them further back. However, the dream came through and they reached the finish - but far from a podium. Still this was a huge event for the Magnussen-family and their many fans.
