Marco Sørensen drove for TF Sport in an Aston Martin in Le Mans 2022. It didn't look promising before the start, where the team had qualified as one of the last cars in the class. But the race was a different kettel of fish. The team moved quickly through the field and around halfway the team took the lead in the class for the first time.
The competitors were just left behind and for the last 105 laps Marco's car was in the lead. It was Marco's first victory at Le Mans after 8 attempts - and there was actually an extra Danish touch in the victory, as the Dane Stefan Bendix was a mechanic on the team.
